Nobleux is a brand operated by PrimeAura International, based in India. We strive to ensure that our customers have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective

• The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• Returned in original packaging

• Reported within 48 hours of delivery

3. Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if required), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

• Items returned without prior approval

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
In other cases, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
